    Hello Eastern Polk Quilters Guild,

I would like to THANK YOU all for volunteering at the AQS show. I went to the show today (Thursday, 9/28/2023) and it was wonderful. I had fun going to the EPQG Sit and Sew table and doing some charity quilt sewing and talking with Rita. Thanks for helping AQS out last year and this year. They couldn’t do the show without your help! All of us attendees appreciate all you do to make the AQS show run smoothly and you make it fun! 🙂

    Thanks again,

Gail Williams (member of East Iowa Heirloom Quilters in Cedar Rapids and Old Capitol Quilters in Iowa City)

  2. Hi Cheryl,

The guild would be happy to receive your donations. The President is Marilyn Stokes and her number is 515-285-0586. She can put you in touch with someone who will coordinate with you.

Thank you for thinking of the guild during your destashing.

Hello. In may, I donated some fabric to your guild. I can’t find the email or texts dealing with the person I talked with. I went to her house and dropped off fabric. I have more fabric to donate along with some books if the guild is still taking donations. Can you let me know who I should contact? I did email to patsinternet@gmail.com as I found this as a contact email on a website. I have not heard back.
    Thank you,
    Cheryl Murrow.

  4. The guild would be happy to accept that kind of donation. Contact one of the member at large directors and they can help you.

I am clearing my stash. I have several bags of fabric scraps that could be used to make scrappy quilts. Do you accept this type of donation or know someone that would be interested?
